Kyle Hughes-Odgers presents a collection of work drawing on interactions between nature and the built environment, set in a world where the real and the dreamlike are indistinguishable. The narrative-based artworks evoke a sense of the lucid and the abstract. Created on wooden panels, this exploratory body of work is a departure from Kyle’s work with large-scale canvases over the past year.

Kyle is well-known for his unique gurative and abstract based works. In the past 15 years he has held exhibitions and worked on public art projects across Australia and internationally. He works across various scales and mediums from painting and drawing in the studio, to gallery exhibitions and large scale public artwork.
